If your jewelry experiences a manufacturing or quality issue within 60 days of purchase, we’ll be happy to repair or replace your piece.

Please reach out to us within the 60 day window with your order information and a photo of the item. We’re here to make sure you love your jewelry, and will wear it for years to come!

What Our Guarantee Covers

Our 60-day guarantee covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Broken components due to a quality issue

• Issues with clasps, closures, or hardware

• Other unexpected quality issues with your piece

If your jewelry qualifies, we will repair it. If a repair isn't possible, we will replace it with the same or a comparable piece.

*Because many of our pieces feature genuine freshwater pearls and natural seashells, no two are exactly alike. Natural materials will vary in shape, size, color, texture, and pattern, so a replacement may not look identical to the original purchase. These unique variations are part of what makes each piece one of a kind!

What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover

Our guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental damage, including pulling, snagging, or dropping

• Scratches, dents, or other cosmetic changes caused by regular wear

• Natural variations in pearls or seashells

• Lost or stolen jewelry

• Jewelry that has been altered or repaired by another person or business
